What happens once I’ve bought my Friends Membership Pass, Admissions or Event tickets online?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Please present this when you arrive at the Ticket Desk. If you are unable to print this out, please show it on your mobile device on arrival.

Friends Membership Pass

Annual Passes are collected from the ticket desk on the day of your first visit (they cannot be sent out in the post). Please bring your confirmation email, containing your unique Booking Reference Number.

Under 5s are admitted free and do not require an Annual Pass.

Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of your first visit.

Annual Passes are non-transferable and must only be used by the visitor(s) in whose name the Pass was purchased.

Admission Tickets

When you purchase an admission ticket online a confirmation email will be sent to the specified email address. Burton Constable will not mail out any tickets purchased online.

Please present this when you arrive at the Ticket Desk. If you are unable to print this out, please show it on your mobile device on arrival. Admission tickets are non-refundable.

Event Tickets

When you purchase an event ticket online an e-ticket will be sent to the specified email address. Burton Constable will not mail out any tickets purchased online. Please present this when you arrive at the Ticket Desk. If you are unable to print this out, please show it on your mobile device on arrival. Tickets for events are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative date or event or replaced in the event of loss.

What if my confirmation email doesn’t arrive?

What should I do if I lose my Friends Membership Annual Pass?

If you lose your Membership Card, please bring along a form of ID with you on your visit and our Front of House Team will search for you on the Membership database. We will be able to issue you with a replacement pass once we have found you on the system.

Do I need to buy my tickets online?

Friends Membership Annual Passes and Admission tickets can be bought in person at the Ticket Desk within the Gift Shop on the day of your visit.

Event tickets can also be purchased at the Ticket Desk, subject to availability, but please note they are usually sold out well in advance of the event.
