Floral Art Demonstration
Well known in local floristry circles, Mark and David are delighted to be invited to present a floral art demonstration at this exclusive venue as part of the first Burton Constable Flower Festival.
With an RHS Horticulture qualification David also studied on a degree course in floristry design at Bishop Burton College after many years involved with flower arranging for competition, events, weddings and just for sheer pleasure. Mark is an enthusiastic flower fanatic and has triumphed in local competitions and prize-winning designs at Harrogate flower show. Together they spent some time running their own bijou flower shop in Beverley, before concentrating on freelance floristry work and taking care of the family.
Their philosophy for floral art differs from many demonstrators, who love to show you what they can do. Mark and David want to share some of the secrets of the flower world, offer tips on technique and create designs that will inspire you to do it yourself!
